I have 2 Roku 3 units and a TCL Roku tv. All 3 units will not add new channels, themes or screen savers. I have tried wired and wireless network hookups, reloaded software through secret screen, changed DNS and channel settings, updated modem and router firmware and spent many hours with Roku support personnel all to no avail. Please help.

Hi there,Have you tried a hard reset on one of the units to see if that helps?If it doesn't, then it is software-related and you will need to wait until Roku update the firmware again to help fix this problem.
