Hi , I`m Jack
Perhaps I can help you with this problem , please send me a reply when you see this ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
On my player the disc goes in and then it goes back out without playing it also when this is happening the stop button does not stop it
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Hi again

Not sure why the stop would work if the unit doesn`t play .

Does it look like its trying to read the disc ?

Any message on the display ?

Can you hear the spindle motor turning inside if you listen closely ?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I meant that the stop button button doesn't stop the disc from going in and out it doesn't look like it's trying to read the disc the mechanism closes on the disc opens up and the disc is put back into its slot
Expert:  Jack replied 1 year ago.

Sorry but this is not what i thought and i will opt out on this one .

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I cleaned the laser eye and got it to spin only some of the time however I noticed that the tray that holds the desk and put it in place when I pushed it in a little bit further it would start to play so it seems like the white tray isn't pulling the disc in Far EnoughI
Expert:  electronicsguy replied 1 year ago.

Ok, there is some progress here. You might be able to adjust the tray little by little until it is working correctly.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I'm not sure how to adjust the tray so that it comes in a little further so that the laser will read the disc
Expert:  electronicsguy replied 1 year ago.

There must me a gear or screw that is attached to a motor that moves the tray and this can adjusted.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I adjusted the tray so it goes in all the way however the belt that drives it seems extremely loose and in the morning it won't pull the tray in all the way to activate when it goes in all the way it does play in the stop button works except it doesn't eject the disc
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
my phone number has been changed to(###) ###-####
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the disc continues to go in and out however when I unplug it and plug it back in the carousel then turns to the next disc
Expert:  electronicsguy replied 1 year ago.
Ok, at this point my suggestion will be to take it to a local electronic repair shop as someone needs to look at it.
