Hello my name is***** do not rate until we are finished. I look forward to assisting and am very sorry to hear that you are having this problem. What is the exact and entire error it shows?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The only thing I see is the sign of battery (full) and PC.
Nothing else. When I try to change again the batteries for a moment appears CHK and then again PC. Afterwards even if I press the other buttens (menu, erase, etc) nothing happens...

Lets try to reset it. Hold the [STOP] button and the [ERASE] simultaneously for three seconds or longer until the word "CLEAR” is displayed on the screen. Release the buttons and then select “YES” from the menu by using the “+” or “–“ button. Press the [ENTER] button.

Can you connect it to a computer and see if that changes? Usually that should only come up when connected to a computer.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Ive already connected it into a computer and nothing changes...

Have you cleaned out the port on the recorder itself for the cable? Dust inside that port can make it think there is a cable connected.
