Customer Question

I have a Phillips Magnavox FW320C stereo system. The cassette players do not work.
The motor runs when the play button is pressed, but the spindles do not turn.
How can this be fixed?

Hi. This is most likely a problem with the belts You will need to check inside, they might be loose, broken or melted (sometime those belt just decompose into a black goo).

I was not able to find a part number for them, if you can find one not too damaged, you can mesure one and order close enough replacement from place like: http://www.studiosoundelectronics.com/cassette.htm
