I am having trouble with my Roku access. Just tried unplugging for five minutes. Will try again with access. It goes to home screen and then gets stuck
Light on box flickers when reconnecting, but then light goes off and screen does not respond to remote

Hello, Which Roku do you have (Roku 1, 2, 3 ), and how long have you owned it for?

Please access the reset button on the back of the Roku, then press and hold that for 6 seconds and release. The Roku will then run through it's initial setup again. Let me know what happens.
