my problem is that when I try to rent a film, my accouthey said that my ROKU account is e xpire. but with Amazon I have no problem

ok, then you will need to renew it if it says the account has expired.
Its separate to Amazon.
To do this
Go to and sign in to your Roku account.
Under "Manage Account", click on "Manage Your Subscriptions".
If your subscription is currently canceled you can renew it by clicking "Renew".
Once done, it will then be updated and you can use it again
