VerifiedHi my name is ***** ***** I'm the attorney who will be assisting you if you are several months behind on your mortgage. The bank has a right to make such a threat. But if they did not file foreclosure yet or sometimes even if they did you have a right to meet with them and to. Explain? How you will catch up on whatever is doing on the mortgage? This is especially true if you had a covid 19 deferment where you are still responsible for the mortgage but it is allowed to be deferred without any foreclosure.
