I have a question about if I can break a lease. MA. The
The reason I want to break the lease is because there is a squirrel infestation that cannot be resolved (the exterminator that my land lord told me that there is nothing he can do other than set traps--so pretty much I will have to live with squirrels for the remainder of my lease), and because there is a suspsected wasp infestation. Our lease goes until October. Can I break the lease because it doesn't feel safe habitation? … read more
