I own a property in Mesa as. My daughter has lived there with our permission since 2010. We are presently engaged in a lawsuit file by her against us alleging she has a right to ownership based on having paid ALL the bills and mor5gage. Even if that were true which it isnt, since no legal paperwork of any kind was mutually signed or agreed to, how does the legal system justify allowing her to continue to live there scott free for going on 9 months just because she is challenging ownership? The very least that should be happening is she should still be responsible for mortgage. Instead we are saddled with attorney fees for a lawsuit with zero merit plus paying the mortgage to prevent foreclosure. This makes no common sense. … read more
