Okay...I moved into my duplex a year ago. The leasing agent and leasing counselor both told me that the management company would take card of the front yard maintenance and I would only be responsible for the back. However, they failed to keep this agreement and it was not written into the lease. While trying to find out why they weren't mowing, the property manager I spoke with submitted a maintenance request for my lawn, as the grass was knee-high. After three weeks, I was told that the owner simply didn't want to pay for lawn maintenance anymore. I was then billed for the mowing that the property manager requested.
