JA: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: i have sent them certified mail pointing out the relevant sections of our association pertaining to them trying to charge me for a repair that is clearly the association's responsibility

I want them to stop harassing me and to abide by the condo association Laws that clearly state when there is damage to more than one condo unit the repairs
