Hello, I have question about Grant deed.
I'd (Married women with Quitclaim from my husband) like to add my nephew (Unmarried men) in the Title.
Can you advise me how this is written in Grant deed form ? Your help is very much appreciate it.
JA: What steps have you taken so far? Have you prepared or filed any paperwork?
Customer: Nothing yet. Just downloaded copy of Title template form my Title company.
JA: Where is the property located?
Customer: This is in Torrance, CA, Los Angeles county
