I’m a tenant in a property that is scheduled for foreclosure. My landlord has been attempting to work with the mortgage company for years to modify the payments to bring the current so I can buy from him, but to no avail. I am able to take over the mortgage and buy the house but we have a foreclosure date so I wanted to know my options
Real Estate Lawyer: P. Simmons, Lawyer replied 2 months ago

Thank you...but I am not sure I understand "options"...are you planning to pay off the loan that the landlord has on the property?
