My home iz in...

My home iz in foreclosure and original sale date was May 19 but it has been extended to December 2018. Now i have benn told that ,foreclosure sign will be placed at my home in April . Can i stop that from happening??

Not yet. We will be selling house to my son but hoped for extended sale date which court granted. But it said all previous irders stand, so will they still put up foreclodure sign inApril and publish in newspapers in May.

Please ignore the telephone call request.

You can ask the court to grant you an injunction against placing the sign in your yard.
