Dear Customer ,

Thank You for posting your real property law question this evening. I'm attorney Bill assisting you with your request.

If the property has no clear boundary line this is something you could settle or submit to the District Ct for a declaration.

In the interim meantime to stop the continued lumbering and or larceny from the property you can file an application for a preliminary injunction ordering this person from refraining from doing this until the court has a full hearing on the rights of all parties in relation to the contested party.

You may need an attorney to file this type of suit due tot he complexities involved.

We are here to help so please follow up with me as required.

In return your positive feedback is much appreciated.

You do this by rating 5*****, 4**** or better.

FIVE STARS or your rating is much appreciated in this regard.

Best
