We are renting a property that has gine into foreclosure and is now bank owned. The bank offered us 45 days and money compensation to leave early. But do we continue to pay rent to the landlord on our lease?

No, the landlord no longer owns the property and you need not pay them after the order of foreclosure.

Besides, they are in breach of the lease.
