Lawyer's Assistant: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?

Washington Specifically, Vancouver, Washington

I do have the title report

Just want to understand the easement legal description and mapping it to the survey map so that I understand what it is.

This is regarding the property with Tax Id of###-##-#### which can be found at http://gis.clark.wa.gov/gishome/Property/?pid=findSN&account=168424000# ***** The legal description is on the page 7 of the title report and the old survey map is on the ClarkCountyWA.pdf file. I believe I understand the property boundary. But I want to know the description of easement. The easement show on that survey is for the north side neighbor of the property.
