Thank you.

Customer

I have a retaining wall leaning bad. In a mobile home park who is responsible. Me or the owner

Response: The owner is responsible because that is a common area of his/her property. You are only responsible for something that happens in your home.

So, you need to make a request for the Landlord/owner to fix it to avoid damage to your home. If the Landlord/owner refuses, then you need to take him to Court. You need to file lawsuit against the owner at your local Courthouse to ask the Court to force the owner to fix the retaining wall. You can obtain complaint forms at the Courthouse in the Clerk's office.

Best wishes,

A 5-star positive rating to my response is appreciated so that I can receive credit for responding to your post. There is no additional cost to you for giving a positive rating. However, that is how I get paid for answering questions on this site.
