Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney and will try my best to help with your situation. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I type out an answer or reply.

.

Under CA law, if the TOD deed is not recorded within 60 days, it becomes invalid. So if it was actually not signed and stamped by the recording clerk until after 60 days from notarization, it would be void and would have no effect.
