Hi! I will be the professional that will be helping you today. I look forward to providing you with information to help with your question and concern

Good morning. How long was the lease for? Does it have something in writing, regarding the time? Did the brother sign this as well as your father?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
30 years and yes they both signed it and we had it notarized,my grandparents did pay for all the work over 20,000.00 and now to think 3 years later i'ev got to move its nothing grand a mobile home that's been added on to the reason we did it was because I have major health problems and we were living with my dad, my son (10) wanted to have our own place and the little house was just sitting next door t0 them and it was falling in

my other grandparents paid for the work they live in dallas georgia

Thank you for the reply. The fact that your father passed away, would not result in his brother now breaking the agreement. He signed it and agreed to it and if you complied with it and performed, a condition would be for you to be able to live there, for the term of it, as agreed to by the parties. You would have a defense if he tries to evict you and if something where to happen, you could sue him for damages suffered as well as costs incurred, with the remodel.
