Yes, so you are asking how to get the board to act?

Real Estate Lawyer: Infolawyer, Lawyer replied 11 months ago

Board generally have discretion but here no good reason for board not to accomodate. Normally can pursue this in one of several ways:

1. petition by owners

2. a lawyer letter

3. suing the board

4. threat to sue

5. voting the board out and electing new members who support the proposition.

Approx $500. martindale.com and findlaw.com are both excellent lookup directories. Both highly rated. Both used by lawyers. Easy to search and find local options. Please let me know if the reply is acceptable by responding "yes" or "acceptable"
