Month to month owner is planning on renewing all leases with space rent increase. No a mobile home park. Owns land with 4 mobile home spaces (tenants). What are my rights in this type of situation
Real Estate Lawyer: Barrister, Lawyer replied 9 months ago

Ok, are you asking if you have to sign a lease? or if the owner can evict you? or if he can increase the rent? or something else?

.

"What are my rights " is such a wide open question as to be unanswerable... so you have to narrow it down a bit..
