JA: Since laws vary from place to place, what state is this in? And has any paperwork been filed?
Customer: Florida. We have been fighting a foreclosure for 5 years, US bank N.A. Wells Fargo as servicer

Customer: Yes, foreclosure complaint was filed in 2012.
