Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney and will try my best to help with your situation. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

.

I am not sure what you mean about responsibility/liability?

.

Why would you have any duty to the new owner of the other unit if the CCRs have expired and there is no active HOA?

Expert:  Barrister replied 2 months ago.

Or are you asking if you actually have any duty to a new buyer?

.

Do the CCRs have any provision for "reviving" them?

.

IF so, are there any violations of the CCRs currently?

.

.

thanks

Barrister
