I am looking to rent a single property (condo) with anticipation for acquiring more rental properties. Should I establish an LLC or just have an Umbrella policy. I own the home, and have a note held with a private investor, not a bank.
JA: Does this involve a written or oral agreement? Is it a month-to-month lease or fixed term?
Customer: This a writen agreement, fixed term.
