I owned property in Jacksonville Florida. I did a title search and found out there were two judgement that placed a lien on my property neither judgement was me. I need to known what to do to have them to removed.
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Florida
JA: Has any paperwork been filed?
Customer: Yes one judgement was filed in 2011 and the other was filed in 2012.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: I went to the Duval county clerk no results. I contracted to companies that filed the judgement no results also.
