Customer Question

Looking into a foreclosure on an Arizona property. There are many liens against it, including a TEFRA lien. The liens are far for expensive that the property is worth. Just wondering who gets paid in foreclosure with limited resources?
JA: Okay, I'll connect you to the lawyer to discuss this further with you. Before I do, is there anything else you want him or her to know?
Customer: It is actually a foreclosure on an estate. Does that make a difference?
