while looking and finding a desired home to buy our realtor told us to put up 1000 dollars as earnest money so we did, she scheduled an inspection for an inspection 5 days later we were told however,due to a hurricane the inspection was moved back approximately 15 days.when the inspection was done we refused the sale because of a leaking roof.The house was 20 yrs old and the roof has to be replaced 15 to 20yrs and this was not.I realtor explained to us that she e mailed seller when she changed date however through a monr
