my question is my property is in forclosure and the lawyer told me when I called to find out what ioued & to who & wastold that they could take up to 3 days to email me that info is this right

Customer: i am in az yes the sale will be on the 14th

my home is in forclosure & the sale is sch. for the 14th , i called the attorney and requested what I needed to pay & to whom and I was told they could take up to 3 days to email me that info is this right 3days will cause me to miss the opportunity to stop the sale

No. That is not right. The trustee needs to tell you immediately the amount needed to cure and stop the sale.
