Did you ever get a property profile before the transaction? If you did, who was the listed owner?
Are you paying the same price you would have paid if the agent had not bought the property?
Does the agent work for a broker? Have you contacted the broker?
Did the broker confirm that your offer was accepted and that escrow has been opened?
Is this being handled by an escrow company other than the brokers?
There should be written escrow instructions, do you have a copy?
