Should I repeat it :: my husband owns a winery and land many years before we got married. If he dies do I inherit andything, sine we got married in 2011; or only his children.
Our home he built in 2012 in his land but it was donated to Conservancy. I cannot selll the house without the land . He said that only the winery can buy it.

You would need him to will it to you since this was premarital property or add your name to the deed here.You have to have one of these if you want to have ownership when he deceases.Otherwise it belongs to his kids.You would want to have a conversation with him now, he can dd you the title by quit claim or will it to you to give you ownership interest in Michigan.
