Customer Question

Can I stop my neighbors from cutting down a main trunk of my live oak tree which poses no danger to him or property, he just doesn't want shade. It is not over house and is at far back of his yard, branches are very high in yard. Trunk at fence line is 4ft diameter and I believe will damage tree if removed. Help! They are put with chainsaws now!
