I have purchased a home in march of 2016. The mineral rights started coming to my house, but bare still in deceased woman's name. I am reading over the Reservations to conveyance and the Exceptions to conveyance and Warranty and I don't understand if I am entitled to the mineral rights or not. I'm confused, Rhonda
