Customer Question

My girlfriend grandparents signed for a home for us and our two children to live in and I put the down payment on it. She and her grandparents are on the deed. About two years ago she decided she didn't want to be with me and left the house. I have been paying the morgage from day one. Now she wants to sell the house and wants me out. Please let me know if I have any rights. I live in New Jersey. Thank you

I am very sorry to hear that; was there any written contract indicating partial ownership, or is there a paper trail (ie canceled checks towards down payment/mortgage)?
