Customer Question

My neighbor fence is rotting and falling on my property, we are not friendly and left a nice letter in their mail box offering to take it down and dispose it but never heard back. The fence is an eyesore for me but not visible for them, hence no motivation to do anything, what can we do?
JA: Because real estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: Connecticut
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: I spoke to an attorney friend and he said that is subject to statutory laws and he is from out of state
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: Nothing really it's straight forward
