Customer Question

I recently won a bid for a property that includes a manufactured home on the property. I signed a contract to purchase this property. Now they are no able to produce the titles for the manufactured home and want me to sign a hold-harmless agreement. This property is of no use to me without the manufactured home which I was going to repair. Can I get out of this contract given the circumstances?

Was there anything in the bid materials stating that you were purchasing "as is" and that no titles were being guaranteed?
