I have a person living in a townhouse I own - has not paid

Customer Question

I have a person living in a townhouse I own - has not paid rent, don't want him around and need to get him evicted. There is no lease or contract with him. I have tried to deal with him politely and hoped he would leave but has not done so. Next step is to force him out.

I am sorry to hear this;

Unfortunately to begin the legal process one needs to provide legal notice;

is there a reason he is being asked to leave (non payment of rent) or for no reason (and the lease is up)?
