And Do you know the Length of Time ( Months /Years ) we Might be able to Stay in our home while going through bankruptcy due to all the Legal back log ? while going through the foreclose stage !in other words How Long does it take to Totally foreclose on our Property ? ( in westchester NY )

I addressed this in your other thread, but NY is averaging a little less than 3 years from start to finish and that doesn't include if a debtor filed BK, which would further prolong the process. So with a BK filing, you could be looking at 3-3.5 years before the lender could actually have a sale.
