I purchased a timeshare in nevada, It says I have until midnight of the 5th after purchase to cancel.the purchase. There is a Sunday in between those 5 days, if it's postmarked by the fifth day will it be ok.

The Sunday is counted because the statute states 5 "calendar" days, not business. However, if it is postmarked by midnight on the fifth day following the sale then it will be cancelled.
