Are we allowed to hunt and fish on the land we are buying

are we allowed to hunt and fish on the land we are buying ,with the deed stating that the previous owner has a lifetime rights to hunt and fish.

I answered in the other thread... but yes, as long as the life estate didn't say he has "Exclusive" rights. It is likely that he just retained those rights to also be able to use the land along with the legal owner and that they aren't exclusive. But you would need to review the actual document where he reserved his rights to know for sure.
