Facts: 4/30/15 Defendant files Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Lawsuit: Fraud on the Court (new default date, amount in complaint…other 4 items in first lawsuit before dismissal w/o prej)
5/19/15 Judge on its own Motion schedules June 8, 2015 Hearing on (4/30/15) Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Lawsuit: Fraud on the Court; And also in the text states again this Motion along with Defendant’s Motion for Leave to Amend Answer and Affirmative Defense (so, I guess reviewing two Motions) Reserved time 10 minutes. at 6/8 Hearing Judge lets Plaintiff submit another motion to Strike Defendant's Affirm Def to Preclude His Inter with In Rem Proceedings Based on Chapt 7 Bankrutcy Surrender. Judge signs and grants order on; also DENy's Defendants Motion to Amend Defenses and Fraud on the Court Motion.What do I file to appeal Order (what called, have much stuff to state); What can I file to go back to bak Court: If Order still stands, what appeal to whom do I file?
