tenant (female) is falsely accusing another tenant (Female) of indescent exposure I am male subletting to them both can i evict the one accusing shes also disabled

You have an obligation under your lease to provide "quiet enjoyment" to your tenants; however, the squabbling between co-tenants does not give grounds for evicting one or the other. You would have trouble evicting the disabled tenant based upon her accusing the other tenant of indecent exposure. That's pretty bizarre behavior if it's true, but even so it probably would not hold up in court as grounds for eviction
