Customer Question

I just recieved a letter from the HOA which asks me to send them a copy of the lease agreement. I am the owner of the house and I have been living here since I bought this house in 2011. I have my 72 years-old mother and my nephew who have been living with me. I havent rented it to anybody. What should I do? What do I need to tell them?

Good morning. I am Loren, a Florida licensed attorney, and I look forward to assisting you.

Tell them that the only people residing in the unit are you and your mother and that there are no tenants.
