HelloThis is Samuel and I will provide you information in this regard. The LL has 5 days from the date of the hearing to obtain an eviction warrant. They can show up within that 5 days, usually with the Sheriff to oversee your removal. If you want to appeal the eviction, You will need to file a Motion to Vacate the judgment in default. And in doing so, you will need to show the court that you had a very good and substantial reason for not appearing at this hearing. Such a reason may you were in a car accident or someone in your family passed away.
