Last month i bought 3 50ft city lots and when i got the deeds

last month i bought 3 50ft city lots and when i got the deeds there was only 2 there is a 55ft street plotted and never developed i have asked for 1/3 of the money back he said no what can i do about this

How did you purchase the lots? Was it through some type of auction which does not allow refunds?Also, if it turns out you are stuck with street lot, you may want to explore with the City to ability to have the street vacated. If its an undeveloped street which just exists on paper, the City can typically adopt an ordinance to vacate the street.I hope this is helpful.
