On the west end of my property is a non-exclusive easement

On the west end of my property is a non-exclusive easement that has a private drive on The property line. I have a fence that is 15' from the property line that I need to replace the posts and barbwire. This fence was placed 15 year before the private drive. The people using the private Drive say that I need to move the fence to 20' from the property line. My question is the fence Grand fathered and can I replace the fence where it is?
