Our Hoa annual election was postponed due to the Candidate

Customer Question

Our Hoa annual election was postponed due to the Candidate Intent Form being lost by the management company and his name was left off of the initial ballot. The election was moved to April 20th. The new election packet was mailed out on 3/28/16 with the requirement that the new ballots be received by the management company no later than April 8th. the hand delivered ballots will be accepted on the election day before the start of the meeting. this does not seem fair. Is it indeed

Hello there --

Was there the same amount of days given between these things as there were in the regular election? Did they try to do things more quickly or use different methods when the corrected ballots were returned by them and distributed out to the member owners of the HOA?
