Customer Question

I am a tree contractor. We contracted a Bamboo removal and root grinding job for $2,400 last September. I have a standard Contract form which my customers sign to proceed with the jobs. This customer signed a our contract to remove the Bamboo and grind the roots. He wrote in a note that all work is guaranteed to be responsible for any new Bamboo shoots to regrow even though we completed the job last year. Can you help me?
