My landlord told me this morning because i keep a messy

My landlord told me this morning because i keep a messy house and he says it smells because of my animals they are gonig to move me to a new unit on Sat. 5 days from now or I can find somewhere else to live. I've lived here since 2006. I will have to pay increased rent to pay for the damages. Should I sign a new lease and let them move me?
