We have an 18 inch space between our townhouses. 1n 1978

Customer Question

We have an 18 inch space between our townhouses . 1n 1978 with the approval we
planted ground ivy for look and low mantinance. The space is about 12 feet long and
18 inches wide.
Since 1978 the original owners died and the house was sold. The new owner does not
like or want the ivy and has taken me to court for harassment. The judge wants me
to remove all the ivy and replace it with something that does not grow at my expense.
He said he wants to remove the source of the dispute and given me 90 days to resolve
the problem. Need help

Hi - my name is ***** ***** I'll be glad to assist.

Did the judge not care about the fact that you had board approval to plant the ivy AND that the new owners purchased the house will full knowledge that the ivy was there with board approval?
